When I heard about The Orange Box coming out I got excited about playing Team Fortress 2. Torn between PC and 360 (mainly due to needing a new video card, a task not easily obtained when you aren’t working!), I delayed getting either until I could make a final decision.
All the meanwhile, I was ignoring the best part of The Orange Box - Portal. I had heard of Portal, but all I knew was it was some puzzle game where you seemed to be able to walk through walls. This game was one of the best 3 hours I’ve spent playing something in a long time (very short game, short like *insert inappropriate sexual joke here*). If you aren’t familiar with it, you basically have a gun that shoots a blue and orange portal. Walking through either portal, takes you out the other one, and then back again if you so desire. Each map has you stuck in a room, with only your portal gun to get you out.
While I highly recommend anyone with a little spare time try to get their hands on a copy of this to play, what I really want to see is someone give this guy a run for his money. I said it took me three hours - well that was a lie, it was in fact slightly less than two. This guy does it in 20 minutes. Considered the gauntlet thrown down, a challenge.
